Perfect business location. Easy to find enter and exit paring lot, Awesome caring and gentle staff, especially the male Xray/teeth scanner young man! So good with kids!! The Intake assessment lady, the 2 Doctors, everyone! Just an amazing well thought of, organized dynamic team!! Thank you. We look forward to returning. Everyone is kind and helpful from the front office to the team in the center of the office.

Me and my parents are very happy with how my teeth turned out, and that I was able to get my braces off within two years (unlike stories we have heard of people having their braces on for years). We also liked that the office was open on weekends unlike other orthodontics offices, in which I did not have to miss school and my father work. The staff was very nice and the experience was great. Would recommend 👍

When I first walked into the office, the receptionist was not at her desk. She wasn’t away too long which was no problem for me. She did apologize for not being at the desk when I first walked in. Again no problem for me. what I did notice is that she had no smile. I did notice that each time a patient would walk in. Thank goodness two other staff members came to sit at the other desk out front and I must say they had a more welcoming attitude than the first young gal. The rest of my visit was met by pleasant employees. The doctor I saw was in and out. Overall my time there was good. Though I must say that I started to feel a bit out of place seeing all those youngsters coming into get check. I even asked the (nice) employee if I may be in the wrong office. I asked, “ Is this office for younger people only. Is there another office for adults .”

I had a great experience at Lili & Associates. The entire team is professional, friendly, and really makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The office is clean and well organized, and everything runs on time, which I really appreciate. The dentist and staff take the time to explain procedures clearly and answer any questions without rushing. They are gentle, attentive, and genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and results. I felt well taken care of throughout my visits.

I’m happy with how my braces are turning out, but I’m disappointed with Dr. Lin’s bedside manner. He doesn’t introduce himself, doesn’t explain my treatment unless I ask, and usually only says “open up” before talking to the tech. There’s no greeting, no communication, and no updates. I’m also disappointed that the online patient portal was removed, as it was very helpful. On a positive note, all of the technicians are amazing—kind, professional, and attentive. Overall, good results, but the patient care needs improvement.
